About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Account Director to join our team at Ultimate Asset. As a key member of our client leadership function, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of Tier 1 clients across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Manage a small team of account managers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful client relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital marketing
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior account management role, preferably in a hybrid digital media agency
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display, social, programmatic, and DOOH
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
