Hays Technology is seeking a highly skilled Cutover Transition Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless transitions during deployment phases.
Your New Role
As the Cutover Transition Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing all business and local application cutover activities. You will coordinate with local third parties, ensure site and user readiness, and work closely with the System Integrator and Global Deployment Cutover Lead.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage resources to mitigate risks and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
- Develop and implement cutover plans to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with the System Integrator and Global Deployment Cutover Lead to ensure a successful deployment.
- Monitor and report on cutover progress to ensure timely completion.
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience of delivering cutover and post-go-live support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations and complex plans.
- Understanding of local business processes and applications.
