Job Summary: We are seeking a Night Concierge to play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our accommodation service.

About the Role: As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for conducting regular security checks, monitoring CCTV, and ensuring the wellbeing of clients. You will also act as the main point of contact during the night and maintain accurate records of activities and entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Security and Safety: Conduct regular security checks, monitor CCTV, and respond to any security incidents.
  • Client Support: Ensure the wellbeing of clients, follow emergency procedures, and provide support as needed.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact during the night, responding to queries and providing information to clients and staff.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate records of activities and entries, and perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a support or accommodation role.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, and basic maintenance and cleaning skills.
  • Qualifications: Enhanced DBS disclosure required.
