Academy Investment Analyst Program Overview
At Point72, we are committed to developing the next generation of investment professionals. Our Academy Investment Analyst Program is a comprehensive training program designed to equip recent graduates with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the investment industry.
Program Details
* The program begins with eight months of formal training, during which participants will develop sophisticated company analysis and modeling skills from our Academy faculty, investment professionals, and professors from leading universities.
* Following the training period, participants will rotate with up to three investing teams, applying the skills they have developed to real-life situations.
* Throughout the program, participants will gain valuable mentorship from our investment professionals and have the opportunity to develop their skills through coaching and professional development resources.
Career Opportunities
Upon successful completion of the program, participants may have the opportunity to join an investing team as a full-time analyst, where they will apply their financial acumen and curiosity to help shape their team's investment strategies.
Requirements
* We welcome students from all academic disciplines, and we seek individuals who can effectively manage teamwork, exhibit integrity, possess intellectual curiosity, demonstrate leadership potential, and express a keen interest in the financial markets.
* Candidates should have a high enthusiasm for the financial services industry and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

Application Process
* The application process will begin with an online application, which will serve as an introduction to who you are as a candidate.
* Selected candidates will then receive an email invitation to participate in a case study, allowing you to showcase your experiences and demonstrate your business acumen.
* Following submission and review of your case study, the next step would be virtual one-on-one interviews with various members of the Academy team, if selected.
