Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized assessment and treatment programs for service users with mental illness, complex care needs, and personality disorders.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless internal care pathways.
- Support service users in their recovery and rehabilitation, empowering them to lead valued and fulfilled lives.
- An hourly rate of up to £12.05 (plus 12.07% holiday allowance uplift)
