Job Opportunity for a Committed Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our exceptional mental health service in Diss, Norfolk. As a key member of our team, you will be working with adults aged 18 years and older with a learning disability, providing high-quality care and support in a low secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised care plans to optimise patient engagement and outcomes
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Contribute to patient assessments, monitoring progress, and adjusting care plans as needed
  • Mentor and support junior staff members, promoting professional development and growth
  • Promote a culture of patient-centred care, respect, and dignity

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to assess and teach junior staff members
  • Experience in coordinating care, prioritising tasks, and managing Health & Safety issues
  • Drive to learn and develop, with a commitment to evidence-based practice
  • Flexible, positive, and team-orientated approach
