The role of the Regional Sales Executive - Equipment Rental Solutions encompasses:
- A field-based sales role focused on the rental of lifting equipment including scissor lifts, cherry pickers, and low-level platforms.
- Engaging with various construction professionals, primarily interacting with site supervisors and managers.
- 70% dedicated to acquiring new business, with 30% focused on managing existing accounts.
- Expected to meet weekly machine rental targets.
- Generating business through new leads and establishing fresh contacts.
- Identifying and re-engaging with previously lapsed clients.
- Supporting marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Conducting site assessments as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales within the equipment rental sector.
- Preferably experience with powered access equipment.
- Familiarity with construction contractor clientele in the designated area.
- A proven history of driving new business growth in the rental industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills with operational teams to meet customer requirements.
