About the Role

We're looking for a talented Retail Supervisor to join our team at Toolstation in Didcot. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting the Store Manager, and contributing to the overall success of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Store Manager: Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach them to grow sales and achieve targets.
  • Mucking in: Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch, and put orders together.
  • Delivering Great Service: Provide a great customer experience with a smile on your face, no matter how busy you are, and coach the team to do the same.
  • Building Relationships: Make sure our customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.
  • Building a Fun Working Environment: Maintain our great product availability and high branch standards, while making sure that your branch is somewhere everyone loves coming to work.
