Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or cleaning environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, and to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our guests.
