Housekeeping Supervisor Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Edinburgh's finest boutique properties, The Glasshouse Hotel. Our 77-bedroom property boasts unique elements, including The Snug with a whisky collection of over 160 single malts and blends, and our stunning rooftop garden.

The Role of a Housekeeping Supervisor

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms and public areas. You will inspire and support our team to prepare the hotel in a timely manner, ensuring we meet the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality in guest rooms and public areas
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest complaints
