Restaurant Server Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our team at Hakkasan Mayfair, a modern fine-dining Chinese restaurant in London.

About the Role

As a Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will work closely with our team to provide attentive and personalized service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient service
  • Upsell and promote our menu offerings to guests
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine-dining environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Availability to work full-time
