We are seeking a HSEQ Advisor to ensure compliance with Company Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO) and adherence to IMS requirements across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out project-specific HSEQ audits as directed by the HSEQ Director and IMS Lead.
  • Promote a strong HSEQ culture across the business.
  • Provide support during Client audits of project activities.
  • Actively involved in resolving non-conformances relating to HSEQ.
  • Support any HSE incidents and/or investigations.
  • Work with the Business Units to maintain and develop processes.
  • Tracking and reporting HSEQ metrics.
  • Respond to HSEQ specific questions during bid stages.
  • Support with external audits of the IMS as required (ISO, Achilles, RISQS).
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a HSEQ role.
  • ISO 45001, ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 Internal Auditor experience.
  • Tech IOSH.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry is essential (e.g. Construction, Energy, Nuclear).
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations.
  • Willingness to travel.
