Job Description

The Job Mission

As a HSEQ Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Company Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and adherence to IMS requirements across the business. This operational role involves writing construction phase and quality plans, project based internal auditing and providing support and guidance to Project Managers on legislation.

Your day-to-day role will include:

⚡️ Carry out project specific HSEQ audits as directed by the HSEQ Director and IMS Lead and as required by the Business Units and customer requirements.

⚡️ Promote a strong HSEQ culture across the business.

⚡️ Provide support during Client audits of project activities.

⚡️ Actively involved in resolving non-conformances relating to HSEQ.

⚡️ Support any HSE incidents and/or investigations.

⚡️ Work with the Business Units to maintain and develop processes.

⚡️ Tracking and reporting HSEQ metrics.

⚡️ Respond to HSEQ specific questions during bid stages.

⚡️ Support with external audits of the IMS as requires (ISO, Achilles, RISQS)


Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a HSEQ role.

ISO 45001, ISO 9001 or ISO 14001 Internal Auditor experience.

Tech IOSH.

Experience working in a highly regulated industry is essential (eg. Construction, Energy, Nuclear)

Knowledge of CDM Regulations.

Willingness to travel.
