Operations Manager Stoke-On-Trent

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Dee Set Careers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Direction: Provide strategic leadership to the Operations team, setting clear expectations and motivating team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Problem-Solving: Act as a problem-solver, addressing operational challenges and finding innovative solutions to ensure high compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management: Provide support to a large warehouse team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and implementing processes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all processes within the department, ensuring continuous improvement and best practices.
  • Financial Management: Manage the operations budget, monitoring expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities to ensure operations remain within budgetary constraints.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate information to drive business decisions.
