Clinical Nursing Manager Vacancy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nursing Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and grow within a supportive environment, overseeing the nursing team and contributing to the success of our small animal practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the nursing team, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with in-house specialists and other teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including staff supervision, training, and development.
  • Contribute to the development of the practice, including refurbishment plans and business growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) or eligible to register in 2024.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call shifts.
