Role Overview:

  • Engage as a strategic collaborator with Senior Leadership and Directors across various departments including Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Contribute to financial modeling, pricing strategies, and profitability assessments.
  • Assist the Finance Director in strategic planning, analytical reviews, and financial reporting.
  • Generate operational reports and innovate new reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure precision in financial documentation by leveraging system expertise.
  • Oversee expenditure, prepare accruals, and manage financial records.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for commercial teams regarding financial inquiries.
  • Identify avenues for process enhancements and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and reporting as necessary.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience within the Drinks, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods sectors.
  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA).
  • Background in multinational organizations.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated history of process optimization and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to address critical issues effectively.
