We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Project Finance Analyst to join our team at Allen Associates. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting business leaders with efficient and accurate financial reporting for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality monthly financial reports for ongoing projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor project costs and investigate any abnormal variances, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to project leaders.
• Provide analytical support to project leaders, assisting with planning and forecasting, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Assist with external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of financial reporting.
• Analyze and report on compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Support the wider Finance department during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
