We are seeking a skilled In-House Recruiter to support our client's business growth in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring top talent to drive our client's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the transportation industry.
  • Source and screen candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer extension.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
