The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to contribute to the success of our hotels and provide exceptional experiences for our guests.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant and bar areas are prepared for service to the highest standard, maintaining exceptional presentation at all times. You will act as an ambassador for our hotels, providing outstanding customer service and upholding our brand reputation.
Working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, you will assist in driving revenue growth by providing support to the team and deputising in their absence. With a focus on exceptional food experiences, you will be dedicated to delivering a memorable and personalised service to all guests.
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for the hospitality industry and demonstrate your natural flair for leadership. Ideal Candidate
- A genuine passion for the Food and Beverage industry, with a desire to create exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role, ideally within a Food and Beverage environment.

The Holiday Inn Guildford Hotel is conveniently located less than two miles from the heart of Guildford, with a quick 10-minute drive to reach the city centre. Guildford station is around a mile away, with a 30-minute train journey to London.
