Job Overview:

As a People Operations Coordinator, your primary goal will be to inspire our workforce and maintain their engagement through a rewarding employee experience. Collaborating within a team will allow you to exchange ideas and learn from others, facilitating your professional growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with HR leadership and management on initiatives aimed at creating a motivating workplace atmosphere.
  • Address daily HR-related inquiries and administrative tasks, including onboarding processes, self-service tools, and attendance monitoring.
  • Utilize internal dashboards to generate reports for site leadership.
  • Design and implement programs focused on enhancing employee wellbeing and overall experience.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to company protocols, data protection regulations, local employment laws, and HR best practices.

A Day in the Role:
This is not a conventional office position; you will be working on-site and interacting directly with our operational teams. Depending on your location, you may rotate with fellow People Operations Coordinators, ensuring that there is always a member of our HR team available to assist employees with any inquiries.

Role Variability:
In addition to managing essential HR functions, you will support team leaders on various projects aimed at engaging employees. This may include gathering feedback and organizing activities to align them with new initiatives, as well as fostering an inclusive environment where employees feel comfortable raising HR-related questions.Basic Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Payroll.
  • Advanced proficiency in both written and verbal English.
  • Experience in communicating effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional context.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing onboarding processes and associated administrative tasks.
  • Basic understanding of employment law and HR/payroll practices.
