About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our secondary department. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and interactive lessons, providing individualized support to students with complex needs. Your role will involve supporting small groups and whole classes, as well as working one-to-one with students who require additional support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of lessons and educational activities
  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Relevant experience working with children and young adults with SEN
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
