About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our dedicated team at ivolve Care and Support.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing support and care to individuals with complex needs, including learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs.

You will lead a team of support workers, providing guidance and support, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Empowering individuals to live fulfilled lives and flourish in their own homes.
  • Creating and monitoring individual care plans to ensure safe practices.
  • Providing personal care, including support with health and medication needs.
  • Leading the team on shift, providing guidance and support, and inspiring them to be the best they can be.
  • Managing attendance, annual leave, and absences, and authorizing timesheets.
  • Following procedures to ensure consistent, safe, and reliable care and support.
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • RQF Level 2 or above in social care.
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Senior Support Worker in a social care setting.
  • Knowledge and commitment regarding Equal Opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory frameworks.
  • Confident IT user.
