Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team at Countrywide HQ. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, responding to enquiries and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide quotes and enter them into our case management system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an office environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
