Job Summary

MW Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Credit Analyst to join our client's growing Credit Risk Department. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a high-profile institution and contribute to the bank's strategic credit risk management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer credit committee functions, including preparation, organization, material collection, sorting, and archiving.
  • Perform credit portfolio analysis and management, assisting with data analysis and reporting.
  • Support the credit business review process and collaborate on related tasks with the team.
  • Oversee credit committee administration, ensuring efficient preparation, documentation collection, organization, and archiving.
  • Produce and analyze credit portfolio reports, including sector analysis, and assist with the implementation of credit risk appetite.
  • Conduct credit reviews and research on industries and customers, supporting new proposals and maintaining existing customer portfolios.
  • Provide credit evaluation reports, including both financial and non-financial risk analysis, identifying key risks, and making recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office to provide objective guidance and credit recommendations, while presenting findings to the Credit Committee.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in credit analysis or credit risk management.
  • Strong data processing skills, with proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and influence at senior levels.
