We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Analyst to join our team at the NHS Business Services Authority. As a key member of our Benefits team, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate analysis of portfolio benefits and wider system efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver robust management information related to all aspects of benefits management, enabling effective reporting and communication.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support benefits modelling and reporting.
- Maintain the benefits module of the portfolio management system to ensure accurate benefits capture and recording.
- Assist in delivering benefits workshops and developing benefits profiles for projects and programmes.
- Provide analysis and project benefits reporting to support project gateway reviews.
- Develop and maintain relationships with service analysts, MI analysts, and PMD colleagues.
- HNC/HND qualification in a relevant subject with substantial numerate content or equivalent acquired knowledge/experience.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisation.
- Personal management skills and ability to work as a team.
- Ability to prioritise workload where resource/time is limited.
- Well-developed analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- 27 days leave (increasing with length of service) plus 8 bank holidays.
