Your Role as a Neonatal Physician

As a Neonatal Physician, you will play a vital role in the assessment, management, and care of critically ill newborns. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert medical care to neonates requiring Level 3 intensive care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
