About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technologist to join our team at Bakkavor Group. As a Process Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition of product concepts to launch, ensuring technical and quality standards are achieved, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake trials in-line with Bakkavor and customer requirements, documenting all data comprehensively and legibly for future review.
  • Secure and submit appropriate samples as requested by customers and for analysis.
  • Plan and organize resources to achieve day-to-day delivery of trials, in-line with project timescales.
  • Work with NPD and Operations to establish quality attributes for work in progress material, assembly, and finished product.
  • Carry out ongoing process validation of relevant factory equipment to ensure site due diligence requirements are met.
  • Coordinate pre-production and launch preparation.
  • Contribute to post-launch evaluation of process in conjunction with NPD to ensure process established at launch is still valid for full-scale production and implement improvements as necessary.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
