We are working in partnership with a leading FMCG food manufacturer who are currently seeking a Process Technologist due to exciting growth.

Working with a fantastic team across Technical and New Product Development, the Process Technologist will support and project manage the entire process from concept to launch. You will be accountable for leading production trials as well as resolving issues that may arise, driving continuous improvement and supporting with food quality.

**THE ROLE**:

- Lead production trials within the agreed critical path, engaging with all stakeholders during all stage of the project.
- Communicate all objective / outcomes and create trial reports.
- Provide root cause analysis including any material variance and quality issues.
- Complete all validations required to ensure the success of all products.
- Manage costings ensuring accuracy updating on recipe system during each stage of development.
- Manage all operational processes and produce accurate paperwork.
- Work collaboratively with internal team ensuring all spec and quality parameters are met in terms of raw materials.
- Lead pre and post-trial meetings and attend New Product Development and launch meetings.
- Ensure site is continually BRC audit ready.

**Salary**: £38,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
