Job Title: Support Worker - Outreach

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Outreach team in Frodsham, Chester. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young female on a 1:1 basis, helping her to live a happy and meaningful life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting a young female on a 1:1 basis, helping her with daily tasks and activities.
  • Working from a single location in Frodsham, with occasional travel to appointments and activities.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to the individual, helping her to build confidence and independence.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
  • Encouraging the individual to participate in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and community engagement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care or support role is not necessary, as full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car, with business use insurance.
