This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and reliable Community Health Support Worker who is willing to deliver phlebotomy services to patients in their own homes who are registered with GP Practices within the Frodsham and Helsby areas.

Previous experience in this role would be an advantage. Travel is an integral part of this post.

This role is Part time - 7.5 hours per week

A commitment to support our team in delivering high quality services is essential for this role. You will also need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be adaptable, trustworthy and approachable.

To provide a safe blood collection and other comparable duties to patients in their own homes in accordance with infection control and governance guidelines adhering to the Trusts lone worker policy

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
