Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary to join our Residential Conveyancing Department at Browns Recruitment Group. This role would be ideal for an individual with previous Residential Conveyancing experience and knowledge of the process from instruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File management and maintenance
  • Document scanning and electronic filing
  • Client liaison and communication
  • Fee earner support and inbox management
  • Land registry transactions and acquisitions
  • Document preparation and dispatch
  • Archiving and record-keeping
