Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a van on a rotational basis, 7 days a week, with daily multi-drops and returns to our base
  • Enjoy pre-sequenced and pre-mapped routes, with no sortation required
  • Collect parcels and deliver them to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work 8 to 9-hour routes, with opportunities for career development
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months commercial van driving experience for Multi-Drop Delivery
  • Full UK driving license, with a clean record and no DR endorsements
  • Willingness to undergo a disclosure background check and drug/alcohol testing
  • Team player with a positive attitude, excellent attendance, safety, and work record
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking clear English
  • Capable of manual handling, lifting/pushing up to 23kgs
  • Consistent ability to complete jobs within allotted time schedules
  • Self-motivated and able to work at a pace without direct supervision
Benefits
  • Competitive pay with a bonus scale
  • Starting rate: £108.00 - £130.00 per day
  • 5/6 days out of a 7-day week, including weekends
  • Paid training and weekly pay
  • Van provided with full insurance, equipment, and fuel card
  • Performance-based bonuses (£7 to £24 per day)
