Support the NHS in Unprecedented Times
We are seeking a Bank Level 6 Community Children's Palliative Care Nurse to join our team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Community Children's Nursing team, you will provide holistic nursing care to children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide psychosocial support to children and their families in their homes and community settings.
- Work autonomously and independently, making decisions in accordance with BCHC policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Community Children's Nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Contribute to the development of care plans and provide education to families on palliative care.
