Job Title: Center Director

Maximus Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Center Director to join our team. As a Center Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services
  • Ensure the delivery of volume, quality, and applicable service level performance targets
  • Monitor and manage administrative workflow to ensure efficient assessment delivery
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalate serious complaints as required
  • Communicate changes in assessment procedures and best practices to teams
  • Ensure the continuous professional development of staff and encourage shared learning
  • Manage absences to minimize ad hoc and ongoing absence
Requirements:
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Experience of delivering challenging performance targets
  • Clinical experience helpful but not essential
Competencies:
  • Able to balance needs of the business and customer/client
  • Delivers high-quality work and manages team workload to meet output expectations
  • Able to build good working relationships and promote cooperation within and across departments/locations
  • Able to communicate clearly and champion direction set by senior management
  • Able to drive continuous improvement
