About the Role

Pearse Partners is seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Associate to join our Infrastructure and Energy team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising on high-profile deals across Europe, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services within the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior bankers in executing M&A, debt, and equity capital market transactions, as well as strategic advisory services in the infrastructure and energy sector.
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models to support valuation, transaction structuring, and financing solutions.
  • Coordinate due diligence, manage deal processes, and engage with multiple stakeholders, including legal advisors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • For Associates: Mentor and manage junior bankers (analysts), ensuring accuracy in financial analysis and assisting with their professional development.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking/M&A within Infrastructure and Energy.
  • Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring. Strong knowledge of industry-specific financial instruments and market drivers.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in an additional European language is considered a plus.
