About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Team Manager to join our North Lincolnshire Community Directorate team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the day-to-day operational management of a portfolio of services, reporting to the Service Manager.
  • Ensure patients, carers, and stakeholders can navigate care pathways with ease and have their needs met within recovery-focused, evidence-based provision.
  • Promote and deliver safe and effective standards of care.
  • Line manage a portfolio of staff, providing regular management supervision and offering expert opinion on clinical matters.
  • Liaise with GPs, other services, and stakeholders to ensure effective responses to clinical issues.
  • Work with the Service Manager to ensure services meet targets in line with Service Specifications.
  • Liaise with acute and community directorates, NHS Talking Therapies, and other stakeholders to ensure good working relations and smooth patient pathways.
  • Ensure team activity supports efficient use of resources, aligning with allocated budgets and performance parameters.
  • Support Business Planning within the Care Group, aligning with sphere of expertise and responsibilities.
