Proposal Manager at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management

We are in search of a talented and proactive Proposal Manager to oversee the proposal development process for new facilities management projects. The ideal candidate will possess strategic insight, adept project management capabilities, and exceptional communication skills to craft persuasive proposals.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Proposal Manager at Bellrock, you will work closely with various departments to formulate proposal strategies, assess client needs, manage the proposal lifecycle, and produce engaging proposal content. Your duties will also include evaluating proposal prospects, conducting competitor analysis, and engaging in client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Proposal Manager or in a comparable position.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong project management abilities and a collaborative mindset.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be expected to operate from our Leicester office.
