About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team on a bank basis. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work with individuals and groups of young people, primarily in SEN or mainstream settings, providing one-off assessments and reports, coaching, training, and mentoring for professionals, front-line staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct intervention with individuals and groups of young people, developing and implementing personalized goals and strategies.
  • Conduct one-off assessments and reports, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver coaching, training, and mentoring to professionals, front-line staff, and families, enhancing their skills and knowledge in speech and language therapy.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective interventions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our service users.
