Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-rise residential projects, including student accommodation and city centre residential developments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead a team of site managers and supervisors, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Facade Manager, with a strong track record of delivering high-rise residential projects.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
