Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at CareTech Community Services Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with a wide range of needs.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the implementation of individual support plans and activities in a challenging environment.
- Maintain effective communication and liaison with service users, families, and others while respecting confidentiality.
- Support service users with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, and social events.
- Maintain accurate notes and records as required.
- Work collaboratively with a team to provide exceptional care and support.
- Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Experience in supporting adults with challenging behavior, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and/or mental health issues.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Confidence to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for working with vulnerable adults.
- Commitment to achieving high standards of safeguarding.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, with the disclosure expense met by the employer.
