Audit Team Assistant

**Job Summary**
Hillier Hopkins LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Team Assistant to join our team in Watford. As an Audit Team Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our audit directors, senior managers, and managers with audit assignments.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist audit directors, senior managers, and managers with audit assignments, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Book appropriate staff to conduct audit assignments, taking into account their skills and expertise.
- Review and complete files, highlighting key issues to the audit team and ensuring that all necessary documentation is in order.
- Raise invoices in accordance with agreed billing profiles, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
- Engage in business development and attend networking events to promote the firm's services and build relationships with clients.
**Requirements**
- ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 2 years of post-qualified audit experience from a UK accountancy firm.
- Strong ability to identify key risk areas at planning and completion, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to mitigate risks.
- Able to work on own initiative and be flexible, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
