About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Cats Protection. As a key member of our retail operation, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees and volunteers to achieve exceptional shop performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of employees and volunteers to achieve shop income, expenditure, and operating profit budgets.
  • Take ownership of shop operations, including day-to-day management, and ensure the delivery of key performance measures.
  • Support the work of Cats Protection, acting as a brand ambassador and role model for the charity's values and behaviors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve shop performance.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional with a proven track record of leading and managing teams. You will have a strong commercial awareness and the ability to work to sales targets and budgets. You will also have a passion for animal welfare and a commitment to the values and mission of Cats Protection.
