About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our branch, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales team in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and maintain accurate records
- Process home sales and liaise with relevant parties
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients and colleagues
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in an administrative role
- Experience in estate agency or residential lettings is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
