We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to become part of our team.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being.

Service users will require help with daily care needs, dementia assistance, and various activities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks.
2. Assist clients with mobility and physical activities.
3. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
4. Implement and follow care plans and risk assessments.
5. Encourage and support clients to participate in social activities and community engagement.
6. Keep accurate and current records of care provided.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a care or support role is preferred but not mandatory.
- A genuine passion for assisting others and making a positive impact.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A relevant qualification in health and social care is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
