We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As an award-winning provider of home care services, we are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care that enriches the lives of our clients.

About the Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be the heart and soul of our service, providing essential support to clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Administering medication and supporting health management
  • Helping with mobility and ensuring a safe environment
  • Promoting independence and dignity at all times
What We Offer

We offer a competitive weekly pay rate of £12 per hour, with the potential to earn up to £14 per hour for weekend shifts and dependent on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work flexible scheduling over 7 days a week, with morning, evening, and weekend shifts available.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to high standards of care. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn are essential, as well as reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are also required for this role.
