Work Location: Central London & Middlesex

Contract Type: Managing Agent Portfolio

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:


• Execute planned and reactive maintenance tasks in alignment with the company's PPM and task schedules.

• Perform PPM activities with a focus on quality and professionalism.

• Generate technical and situational reports as required.

• Utilize technology systems effectively to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

• Conduct all tasks in a professional and proactive manner.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and clients.

• Prepare activity reports in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Assist management in producing quotations by providing accurate information on identified extra works.

• Attend team meetings and briefings as requested.

• Submit accurate timesheet information weekly and punctually.

• Uphold the company's reputation by presenting a professional image at all times.

• Report any significant site issues or incidents to your line manager promptly.

• Oversee Integral sub-contractors while on-site.

• Perform reactive maintenance tasks as directed by the Help Desk or management team.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


• Awareness of Health & Safety regulations is essential.

• Valid UK driving license.

• Experience in similar electrical and maintenance roles, including fault diagnosis.

• Familiarity with the electrical and mechanical aspects of general building PPM schedules.

• Proven track record of working effectively within a team.

• City & Guilds certification or equivalent qualifications.

• Proficient in using computer software, including Building Management Systems (BMS).
