We are seeking a talented Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at Concurrent Engineering Limited. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Renewals Sales Manager to execute software renewal contracts with identified customers
  • Identify training opportunities within the customer base and develop strategies to ensure renewal KPIs are achieved
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies and training plans to drive business growth
  • Provide flexible support to customers and respond to varied requests
  • Report to the Renewals Sales Manager and contribute to the team's success
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office-based sales role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and strong presentation skills
  • Excellent English oral communication, written, and listening skills
