Job Title: External Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to join our team at People Solutions Group Limited. As an External Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and maximizing the potential of all live accounts, lapsed accounts, and developing new accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit, track, and maintain a customer base in your assigned territory
  • Provide best-in-class customer service in accordance with the objectives of People Solutions Group Limited
  • Speak with customers in your assigned territories, including generating sales and profits from assigned customer base
  • Travel within your sales territory to meet prospects and customers
  • Process customer orders (when required)
  • Provide feedback to management and administrative departments
  • Reactive dormant/lapsed accounts
  • Assist in maintaining A/R integrity with all customers in assigned territory
  • Execute management strategy for sales development
  • Follow up on all quotation leads
  • Educate customers on company products and services
  • Provide prompt quote response to customers
  • Timely responsiveness to action-related emails
  • Provide technical data to customers
  • Generating sales and profits in assigned customer base
  • Participate in departmental and/or other company meetings
  • Resolve sales-related credit issues with customers
  • Regularly chase account debts and communicate with accounts
Requirements:
  • External sales experience within a metal distribution or similar
  • Willing to travel to other sites
  • Strong mathematical and IT skills
  • GCSE/A-levels or equivalent
