Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front of House Officer to join our team at Vacancy Filler. As a Front of House Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff, while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

About the Role
  • Meet and greet clients, patrolling the premises to ensure a safe and secure environment
  • Conduct reception duties, including responding to client requests and managing access control
  • Conduct emergency procedures, including fire drills and first aid
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service
Key Responsibilities
  • Be the main point of contact within the building, catering to all requests and queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of your allocated area
  • Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with challenging situations
  • Portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor, using open and appropriate body language
Requirements
  • SIA licence required
  • Experience in high-end corporate front of house, corporate security, or concierge services
  • IT literate, with a basic understanding of access control systems and IT systems/programmes
  • Excellent English language, written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills
  • Reliable, responsible, punctual, friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character
