We are seeking a skilled Cladding Estimator to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. As a Cladding Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed estimates for roofing and cladding projects.
Key Responsibilities- Reviewing tender enquiries and specifications to gain an understanding of project requirements
- Liaising with clients to acquire any additional information required
- Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive prices
- Producing formal quotations to clients
- Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
- Building and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors
- Prioritizing workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Must have estimating experience within the roofing and cladding market sector
- Must have a good understanding of technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High levels of organization and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, team player, who works well individually also
